William Gardner, DDS, is facing felony charges for allegedly submitting fraudulent claims to insurance companies while his dental license was suspended. While Dr. Gardner has vehemently denied accusations, records reveal that the dentist was booked into Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center in Albuquerque, N.M., and then released Oct. 4.
Dr. Gardner has an upcoming court date later in October.
