Ohio dentist retires after 61 years of practice

Dale Hazelbaker, DDS, opened his practice in Springfield, Ohio, in 1966. 

Leslie Pinson, DDS, will take on Dr. Hazelbaker’s staff and patients once Dr. Hazelbaker’s practice closes at the end of the year.
