Ohio dentist sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to tax evasion

In 2019, investigators learned Dr. Blanford underreported his taxable income from 2013-15 by more than $1.7 million.

Dr. Blanford will serve half a year in prison and will be under supervised release for two years. He was also fined $100 and has to pay $927,273.44 in restitution to the IRS.
