Oryx and Overjet Partner to Integrate FDA-Approved AI into Cloud Dental Software

Oryx, the leader in clinically focused cloud-based dental practice management software (PMS), recently announced a strategic partnership with Overjet, a global leader in dental artificial intelligence.

This partnership seamlessly integrates Overjet’s FDA-approved advanced clinical AI technology into Oryx’s PMS platform, aiming to help dentists detect oral diseases with superior accuracy and improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment.

Through this integration, Oryx users can call on Overjet’s AI analysis capabilities in real time to accurately identify oral health indicators such as caries, calculus, bone level, periapical radiolucency (PARL) and key anatomical structures.

These AI capabilities are natively embedded in the Oryx integrated platform and perfectly integrate into the existing workflow without the need for additional switching, greatly improving the clinic’s operational efficiency.

“Dental technology is revolutionizing SaaS technology, and more and more clinics are beginning to recognize the benefits of cloud-based software,” said Rania Saleh, DDS, founder and CEO of Oryx, in a press release.

This partnership with Overjet brings powerful AI technology to our platform, helping dentists to efficiently educate and treat patients while ensuring a smooth clinical process. Together, we are shaping the future of dentistry, driving both clinic efficiency and patient care quality.”

The combination of the two companies will provide dental teams with intelligent diagnostic and treatment support tools to help clinicians more clearly explain diagnosis and treatment results and improve the patient experience. Overjet’s FDA-approved AI technology can also help patients intuitively understand their oral health and support treatment decisions.

According to Overjet’s recent patient survey, 85% of patients are more willing to accept treatment after seeing a visual demonstration of their condition; medical institutions that use Overjet AI to assist in patient education have increased their case acceptance rate by an average of 27%.

Wardah Inam, founder and CEO of Overjet, added: “Our mission is to improve oral health around the world, and from our first conversation with Oryx, they have been committed to this common vision. Artificial intelligence will surely be at the core of future clinical workflows.

We are very honored to work with the clinically oriented Oryx team to bring this cutting-edge technology to more medical institutions and patients, and create a new era of oral care together.”
