RANDOLPH, N.J. — Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph has been named the 2025 Community Champion by the Randolph Economic Development Committee (EDC), the committee announced Tuesday.
The Community Champion Award recognizes a business that has been established in Randolph for more than three years and that consistently demonstrates leadership and service to the local community. Pediatric Dental Associates has served Randolph families for more than 30 years.
“We are happy to present Pediatric Dental Associates with this 2025 Community Champion Award,” EDC member Ginger Vukas said, noting the selection was competitive under a new process this year. EDC representatives visited the practice so they could recognize as many employees as possible.
The presentation took place Dec. 2 at the practice, where EDC members John Ragan, Dana Galloway, Ann Asbaty, David Ehehalt, Phil Ficus, Jamie Frick and Vukas joined Mayor Joe Hathaway and township officials to present a proclamation to Dr. Matthew Mannella and his staff.
“I am so proud to receive this award, along with our staff, while working in the town I grew up in,” Dr. Mannella said. He said he has known members of the council for more than 25 years and that returning to serve the community is “overwhelming and makes me very proud.”
Mannella praised his staff for their dedication, citing an April 2025 multi-vehicle crash on Route 10 in front of the office. He said staff members rushed outside to assist multiple victims while police and EMS were en route.
Township Council members Lou Nisivoccia, Christine Carey and Mark Forstenhausler, as well as Township Manager Gregg Poff, also attended the ceremony.
Pediatric Dental Associates’ mission is to provide high-quality pediatric dental care in a state-of-the-art, child-friendly environment. The practice is located at 390 State Route 10 West, at the corner of Route 10 and Millbrook Avenue.
