Dr. Kolts has more than a decade of experience working in the dental industry. He practiced as a dentist affiliated with Heartland Dental from 2012 to 2014 before serving as the CEO and co-founder of Northwest Dental Group in Portland, Ore. He also served as the COO of Verber Dental Group in Camp Hill, Pa., and was most recently a clinical director for Overjet, a dental artificial intelligence company.
