We have all the pieces to make that happen: We have fantastic practice management solutions—we lead the market in that regard. We have really great patientrelationship management solutions. We have tools for demand generation, reputation management, and website solutions. And if we can bring all of that together and really drive a singular harmonized digital workflow, we think that will make it easier for dentists to practice and make what they do more efficient and more affordable. Ultimately, that translates into great healthcare for their patients., ,Q: What can integration do for a practice when all of its processes are working as one? , ,A: Dentists use a wide variety of tools, whether they’re physical tools, software, or imaging, and one of the things that’s great about Dentrix is we support just about everything in making it all work together. That means if you’ve made investments in other software and you need to have that interface with Dentrix, we help you do that. If you’ve made investments in different imaging tools, we’re always going to have solutions that further streamline your workflow, such as the new Dentrix Imaging Center—which allows you to use all of your imaging devices and access and manage those images in one place., ,Q: Looking ahead, what can we expect from Henry Schein One?, , A: Analytics is an area of focus—making sure we can help practices know their data and figure out how to fill their appointments and maximize profitability in their practices. The cloud is very important to us—it’s a relatively new area for dentistry, but there are some really exciting advantages, particularly around scale, security, simplicity, and always having an updated platform. We continue to look at revenue cycle management, streamlining claims, and accelerating features in our patient relationship management platforms, to name a few examples. Innovation is a hallmark of our brand, so you’ll continue to see us evolve and bring the best solutions to the customer.
