Q: What has been your company’s greatest achievement?, ,A: It is hard to look past the unprecedented challenges of the last year when trying to answer this question. Being a company that has design, manufacturing, customer service, and other critical teams in New York—where the pandemic hit hard early—we faced existential questions very quickly, like how do we keep the team safe and together, how do we survive as a company with a shuttered dental industry, and what do we need to change to address the new needs of the dental community?, ,However, it was during this incredibly tough time that we saw something amazing. Parkell’s teams came together with an even tighter bond, and quickly focused on what matters most: our customers and what we could do to help., ,We banded together closely as a family, and I am certain that we came out of this challenge with even more strength and focus., ,Q: Why do dental professionals know they can rely on you?, ,A: Parkell has developed tremendous relationships with its customers for almost 75 years. From day one, Parkell placed its primary focus on customers by investing in an excellent customer service team (which includes in-house dentists) that fields all questions and nurtures these important relationships. In addition, Parkell has engineering, production, and quality teams that are second-to-none and keep the focus on the user experience, ensuring safety, quality, and consistency with every Parkell product. It is for these reasons that dental professionals know that Parkell is at-the-ready if need be, and that our products provide consistent and reliable results., ,Q: What is your company’s vision/strategy for the year ahead?, ,A: In the year ahead, Parkell will be further strengthening our close relationships with partners as well as customers. We truly value our relationships, and it is through them that we accomplish even greater things. Also, we will be launching several new products, which are truly state of the art and will enable dentists to achieve even better patient outcomes. We are very excited to bring these products to the dental community, as we know that they will begin to define a new standard in patient care.,
