Real estate investment firm Secure Properties recently acquired a 12-property dental sale-leaseback leased to Monticciolo Family Sedation & Dentistry in Florida.
Monticciolo Family Sedation & Dentistry’s 12 locations were sold for approximately $28 million, according to a July 29 news release.
All twelve assets are now subject to long-term, triple-net leases, Secure Properties said.
