Shinoda Dental Expands Dental Equipment Line with New Milling-Machine MOU

Shinoda Dental has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a major international manufacturer of dental milling machines, the company announced today.

The agreement allows Shinoda to broaden its CAD/CAM offerings and better support dental laboratories and clinics moving to digital restorative workflows.

The partnership adds premium lab milling units to Shinoda’s portfolio. The machines enable precise, cost-efficient production of crowns, bridges, and prosthetics across a wide range of materials—helping labs and clinics increase accuracy and throughput.

“As demand for digital workflows grows, we work with leading milling brands to give our customers solutions that boost accuracy, productivity, and long-term success,” said Syamsuddin Pane, CEO of Shinoda Dental. “This agreement is not just about adding products; it’s about providing real value to clinics and labs worldwide.”

Shinoda highlighted several brands that will be available through the expanded offering:

VHF — Compact dry/wet systems known for open CAM compatibility, smart design and low maintenance; suited for clinics adopting in-house milling.

Amann Girrbach — Integrated CAD/CAM ecosystems aimed at labs requiring high-precision prosthetics, with validated materials and automated workflows.

Roland DGSHAPE — User-friendly, affordable units for entry- to mid-level labs, education and startups.

Planmeca — Part of a larger digital dental ecosystem; offers smooth integration with Planmeca imaging and software for clinics and DSOs.

Dentsply Sirona — High-end chairside and lab systems delivering fast, precise milling and strong hardware–software integration.

Ivoclar Vivadent — Renowned for esthetic materials and processing systems widely used in restorative dentistry.

Shinoda said the expanded product range will help clients adopt or scale digital production while benefiting from manufacturer-backed support and validated workflows. The company positioned the move as a strategic response to the rising importance of digital solutions in restorative dentistry.
