The Honest Tooth, led by Dr. Mark Wang, completed a full rebrand while keeping patient relationships central. The practice intentionally operates with six chairs and a single dentist to ensure personalized care and continuity.

Its services include routine cleanings, fillings and implants, with an explicit emphasis on oral health’s role in overall wellness. The office participates in neighborhood events and school programs, plans a remodel and is evaluating expanded offerings such as advanced implants and orthodontics.

Burgundy Dental, founded by Dr. Mike Haddad in Napa, centers care on direct provider involvement and conservative techniques. The clinic provides preventive and cosmetic dentistry, dentures, complex extractions, Invisalign and bone grafting.

Burgundy uses digital scanning and collaborates with local specialists when needed. The office aims for a welcoming layout that reflects Napa’s culture and includes a private suite for VIP or sedation care. It remains in-network with major PPOs and is developing on-site space for community education and small events.

South Coast Metro Center for Dentistry, owned by Dr. Brandon Le, emphasizes a relationship-first intake process that includes a fit evaluation before treatment. The four-operatory clinic keeps a compact, well-trained team and relies on digital tools such as the TRIOS scanner.

Staff prioritize fundamentals: patient education, time for discussion and structured new-patient visits. The practice conducts school outreach and oral-health instruction in underserved areas, and reports steady growth largely through word of mouth.

All three practices treat documentation and informed consent as core standards. The Honest Tooth highlights one-provider continuity and a whole-person approach to treatment plans.

Burgundy Dental stresses minimally invasive options and consistent execution by the dentist. South Coast Metro prioritizes clear follow-up, internal training and deliberate sequencing of care rather than rapid throughput. Each practice uses referrals when another modality or setting better serves patient goals.

Community orientation is a common thread. The Honest Tooth and South Coast Metro both run school programs. Burgundy Dental serves a diverse local population, including Spanish-speaking residents and agricultural and hospitality workers, and plans community gatherings to expand preventive education.

Looking ahead, none of the practices is planning abrupt changes.
