Smartee Dental Technology recently welcomed a delegation of orthodontic experts from Europe and Asia to its Shanghai headquarters and digital production base.
The visit, which included a lecture on advanced mandibular repositioning techniques, clinical observations, and cultural exchanges, highlighted how Smartee Technology’s innovations, from mandibular repositioning solutions to pediatric orthodontic systems, are driving the next generation of orthodontic care.
At an academic conference held at Smartee’s headquarters, experts discussed the GS mandibular repositioning solution, a clear aligner for skeletal Class II malocclusion.
Dr. Camilla Molinari from Italy shared her clinical experience: “A year and a half ago, I began using Smartee GS clear aligners, particularly the S8-SGTB and S8-SGHB.
GS has not only changed the way we treat deep overbites and Class II malocclusions, but has also deepened our understanding of orthodontics from a technical and biomechanical perspective.”
The conference also focused on treatment options for growing patients. Dr. Erica Barina from Italy said, “Smartee Teen is very unique. Its design, developed in collaboration with Disney, motivates children to cooperate with treatment.
In clinical practice, it not only corrects alveolar bone problems but also complements skeletal treatment, such as when used with a face mask, enabling early intervention.”

In addition to technical exchanges, the delegation also visited the Smartee Manufacturing Center, experienced Shanghai culture, and demonstrated how international collaboration is driving advancements in orthodontic care.
Smartee stated that it will continue to collaborate with clinicians worldwide to develop patient-centric digital orthodontic solutions to improve the efficiency, predictability, and comfort of treatment for patients of all ages.
