Basma Adeem Medical Co., known commercially as Smile Care, has officially opened its second dental clinic in Riyadh after receiving a license from the Ministry of Health.
The new clinic is located in the Al-Malqa district on Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Road. The facility begins operations today, July 24, 2025, and will operate under the Smile Care brand.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the launch supports its board-approved expansion strategy, which aims to strengthen its market presence, attract more patients, and grow its share in the healthcare sector. Smile Care also emphasized its commitment to delivering long-term value to shareholders through sustainable growth.
The company expects the new branch to begin contributing financially in the third quarter of 2025.
Smile Care concluded by reaffirming its pledge to disclose any significant updates or developments in line with regulatory requirements.
