Dental equipment company Solmetex has acquired ReLeaf, an evacuation tool manufacturer for hygiene and clinical procedures.
ReLeaf’s flagship product is a hands-free evacuation system to support dry-field maintenance during dental procedures, according to a Jan. 13 news release.
Solmetex said the acquisition strengthens its position as a leader in patient safety and procedural efficiency and elevates its support for independent practices and DSOs.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
