Orange, Calif.-based Sonrava Health is integrating Overjet’s dental AI technology to its more than 450 dental practices.
The AI implementation aims to improve patient understanding through AI visuals, administrative efficiency by streamlining daily tasks and clinical standardization with a consistent baseline for radiographic analysis, according to an April 7 news release from Overjet shared with Becker’s.
Overjet’s FDA-approved clinical AI platform analyzes radiographs in real-time to help dentists detect and quantify oral health findings.
“Implementing Overjet’s clinical AI allows us to empower our more than 1,200 doctors and team members with a sophisticated tool for clinical detection and consistency,” Greg Michelini, Sonrava Health’s chief information officer, said in the release. “By streamlining administrative workflows and providing a standardized framework for radiographic analysis across our 450 locations, we are ensuring our providers can focus on delivering personalized, evidence-based care that is the hallmark of our mission.”
At the Becker’s 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
