Standard Dental Labs, a Florida-based dental laboratory consolidator, has acquired BRLIT Dental Laboratory in Sarasota, Fla.
BLIT is a full-service dental laboratory founded by Emil Brlit, Sr. and Frank Pechar in 1977, according to a Feb. 2 news release.
The deal comes after Standard Dental Laboratory acquired Dream Dentistry Labs in Clearwater, Fla., in November.
