Two office managers reflect on how AADOM has helped them achieve their goals, and why they’re honored to be named 2025 Office Managers of the Year

Brooke Paul and Brandi Williams had never crossed paths before the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) annual conference. But when the 2 were named AADOM’s 2025 Office Managers of the Year, it was clear that this duo shared more than just a first initial. They now call their joint win the “B & B Reign”—a crowning achievement in both of their careers.
AADOM’s annual 3-day conference was held in September at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, TX. The conference featured workshops, specialized courses, roundtable discussions, vendor exhibits, and plenty of opportunities to network. For Paul and Williams, receiving the Office Manager of the Year award at the conference has been an unforgettable honor.
A Memorable Moment
“When they announced my name, I had ‘noodle knees’ and found it hard to stand up!” recalled Paul, an office manager at Beaver Creek Dental in Knoxville, TN, who was named AADOM’s 2025 Office Manager of the Year, Single-Location Practice. “I was honored, and the heartfelt things that people wrote about me in their nomination letters were incredibly fulfilling.”
As Chief Growth Officer at Catalyst Dental Allies in Edmond, OK, Williams was named AADOM’s 2025 Office Manager of the Year, Multi-Location Practice, and clearly remembers her first reaction: “When I heard my name called, my first thought was, ‘Shut the front door!’” she shared.
“I see this award as an opportunity to bring awareness to the space of dentistry that I represent,” Williams shared. “I can be an ambassador for group dental practices, and I’ll spread the word about what AADOM can do for the dental community.”
In addition to AADOM’s 3-tiered levels of distinction program, both Paul and Williams value the support and mentorship they’ve received from AADOM.
“Knowing I have people I can turn to that have had the same experiences I’ve had is the biggest reason to be part of AADOM,” Paul shared.
“I’ve made connections with some of the most talented speakers in the industry. In my 30 years in this profession, I’ve never had that experience with any other organization,” Williams said.
