This round of acquisitions comes on the heels of the DPO’s 2022 acquisition of seven practices in California, Arizona and Georgia during its first launch of U.S. practices.
UDC plans to close its next set of acquisitions by the end of the second quarter, according to a March 28 news release from the DPO.
