Dental instrument and device manufacturer W&H Dentalwerk has acquired implant stability measurement developer Osstell.
The acquisition strengthens W&H’s position in the oral implantology market. The companies had previously partnered in 2016 to launch a version of W&H’s Implantmed surgical device.
The transaction price was not disclosed.
