The 30th edition of the AEEDC will take place from 19 to 21 Jan 2026. Surgeons, dentists, and healthcare professionals from around the world will gather in Dubai to explore the latest developments and innovations in dentistry. Since its debut in 1996, the AEEDC has evolved to one of the foremost international platforms for dental trends and professional exchange. W&H Group, a leading medical technology manufacturer, will once again showcase a range of innovations next year, including the new Implantmed Plus II and Piezomed module Plus II, representing the latest advancements in oral surgery and implantology.
Experience innovation first-hand
With the Implantmed Plus II, W&H introduces the next generation of its popular Implantmed device. It combines proven performance and quality with advanced digital functionalities. For instance, materials such as implants or biomaterials can be recorded directly in the operating room using a scanning feature, eliminating time-consuming manual documentation. “The new Implantmed is not simply a successor to its well-known predecessors, but a genuine upgrade — a tool you will not want to be without in daily practice,” said Isabella Schmied, product manager at W&H.
In addition to the Implantmed Plus II, W&H will present further product developments:
• Thed and Thed+: New cleaning and disinfection devices offering flexible loading options, two washing levels, active air drying with a HEPA filter, and faster reprocessing times
• Synea Fusion: The updated Synea Fusion turbines will feature a ScratchBlocker coating, deliver up to 29 watts of power (according to ISO 14457), and come with an extended warranty, all without a price increase, available from Mar 2026
• Synea Power Edition: Handpieces designed for demanding applications, including the removal of zirconia restorations
• Lara XXL and Lisa Mini: Two steriliser models at opposite ends of the size spectrum — one large, one compact — suitable for the needs of any dental practice
