Here were the top motivations for associate and employee dentists to change jobs in the past 12 months, according to DentalPost:
A more positive work environment: 31 percent
Better location: 19 percent
A new type of position: 17.25 percent
Better pay: 15.5 percent
A more appreciative employer: 10.25 percent
Better benefits: 3.5 percent
Different hours: 3.5 percent
