The accreditation process for a dental hygiene program takes about 18 months, leading to the college expected to launch the program in fall 2026, according to a Jan. 15 news release from the college.
In 2024, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers signed a bill allocating $20 million to expand dental programs at technical colleges throughout the state.
The expansion is projected to be completed by June 1, the release said.
