XDENT LAB has announced the expansion of its removable denture production facility in Vietnam, making it the largest in the country. This strategic move not only marks a significant leap for XDENT LAB in the dental industry, but also reinforces its position in lab-to-lab services targeting the US market.
XDENT LAB started as a CAD design centre in 2017. By 2019, the company had transforming itself into a full-service dental lab focused on serving US partners. Through continuous development and the enhancement of its core workforce, XDENT LAB has established itself as a Vietnam-based partner for dental labs in the US.
Enhancing processes, expanding scale
With a total area of 1,500sqm, XDENT LAB’s new facility is designed to optimise the production process of removable dentures and meet the strict standards of the US market. Over the years, the company has refined its production process, prioritising strict procedural compliance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
This expansion will allow XDENT LAB to increase its production capacity, providing faster and more efficient services to international partners looking for a reliable dental lab based in Vietnam. The increased capacity will also enable the company to meet the growing demand from the US market, where precision and quality are paramount.
XDENT LAB’s production process is optimized according to lean ,anufacturing principles, ensuring the following commitments:
- Using FDA-approved materials while optimising inventory for maximum efficiency and cost reduction.
- Manufacturing at a high volume, and a remake rate of less than 1%.
- A turnover of two to three days in the lab (*digital file)
- Delivering cost savings of up to 30% for partners through an intelligent workforce utilisation model
- Providing uninterrupted manufacturing service for 365 days a year

Beyond expanding production capacity, XDENT LAB is also a leader in developing the lab-to-lab model, an optimised outsourcing solution for U.S. dental labs. Through an advanced online communication portal, clients can place orders, track progress, and receive personalised customer support from XDENT LAB’s team.
