A long-standing dental practice in Cwmbran is about to undergo a major upgrade.
Llanyrafon Dental Practice will be modernised following a £500,000 investment from NatWest Cymru, secured by its new owner, Dr Eirini Pasisi.
Dr Pasisi, who took over the practice earlier this year, plans to transform the facility into a state-of-the-art surgery. The project may also include the addition of a new treatment room to expand services and ease local demand.
The practice has been serving the community for over 30 years. With growing pressure on NHS dental services, the upgrade aims to improve patient care and increase access for local residents.
“It’s fantastic to have the opportunity to take over this well-established practice and enhance it for the benefit of the community,” said Dr Pasisi. “Thanks to the funding from NatWest, we can focus on improving education around oral health and delivering high-quality care that helps people smile with confidence.”
Karen Flicker, relationship manager at NatWest, said the bank is proud to support projects that make a difference locally.
“At NatWest, we’re committed to backing entrepreneurs who help strengthen communities,” she said. “We’re excited to see the positive impact this investment will bring to the dental sector and the wider Cwmbran area.”
