Open Enrollment for Nevada Health Link began on November 1, and residents are actively signing up to secure health coverage for 2026. Early data shows steady participation from both new and returning consumers, matching last year’s enrollment pace.
Current enrollees who compare plans during Open Enrollment may see significant savings. Those who switched plans this year saved an average of $287 per month on premiums.
“We want every Nevadan to feel confident they’re getting the best value for their health coverage,” said Janel Davis, Executive Officer of Nevada Health Link. “Shopping around or consulting a free broker or navigator can help residents find a plan that fits both their medical needs and budget.”
Nevada Health Link highlights new carriers, updated plan options—including the new Battle Born State Plans—and changes to premium tax credits coming in 2026. Residents are encouraged to visit NevadaHealthLink to compare plans and find coverage that may offer better benefits at a lower price.
Current enrollees should log in to update their information, including income, address, and household size, to ensure they receive the correct financial assistance.
Coverage begins January 1, 2026, for those who enroll by December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Enrollments from January 1 to January 15 will take effect February 1, 2026.
