The health center took over Springwood Road Dental Center with WellSpan Health through a strategic collaboration.
The dental practice is expected to serve nearly 16,000 patients each year, the report said.
Services offered at the practice include dental exams, cleanings, extractions, dentures and root canals, according to its website.
