Dr. Holtzclaw joined Affordable Care in 2020. He is credited with helping the DSO increase its full arch dental implant procedures by more than 2,000%, according to a Jan. 6 news release.
Dr. Holtzclaw’s resignation will become effective Jan. 16. He will then serve as president of Holzklau Full Arch Implant Consulting.
