The property is located within a retail space in South Carolina with seven years remaining on its net lease, according to a Feb. 28 news release.
The real estate investment trust acquired a Heartland Dental property in Kansas for $3 million in May 2022.
Heartland Dental has more than 1,650 offices in 38 states.
