Dallas Clinic Expands Dental Care Into Whole-Body Wellness With Advanced Noninvasive Treatments

DALLAS, Feb. 4, 2026— A Dallas dental practice is broadening the traditional scope of dental care by integrating oral health with wellness, aesthetics and noninvasive medical technologies.

Evolved Dentistry Dallas, led by founder Gary E. Alhadef, DDS, is positioning dentistry as part of a whole-body health strategy. The practice combines cosmetic and family dentistry with FDA-cleared treatments designed to support mental wellness, facial aesthetics, injury recovery and body sculpting.

“There is a clear connection between oral health and overall wellness, and that principle guides everything we do,” said Alhadef, who has more than 40 years of clinical experience. He said the practice emphasizes painless, noninvasive procedures that are clinically supported and aimed at improving quality of life.

Among the technologies offered is EMFACE, an FDA-cleared facial treatment that uses synchronized heat and muscle stimulation to tighten skin, stimulate collagen production and improve facial tone. The treatment can also help relieve jaw tension and discomfort associated with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, which affect an estimated 12 million people in the United States, according to the Cleveland Clinic. EMFACE does not require needles, anesthesia or recovery time, and the recommended protocol includes six 22-minute sessions.

The clinic has also introduced EXOMIND, a noninvasive brain-stimulation therapy cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The treatment uses magnetic pulses to target brain regions involved in mood regulation and self-control. It is designed to help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder while supporting cognitive function. The American Psychiatric Association estimates that about 38% of Americans experience mood declines during the winter months. Alhadef recommends six 30-minute EXOMIND sessions over a three-week period for optimal results.

In addition, Evolved Dentistry Dallas offers Emsculpt NEO, a noninvasive treatment that combines muscle stimulation and heat to reduce fat, build muscle and aid recovery after injury or surgery. The technology is also used to help restore physical function and manage pain.

To promote awareness of these services, the practice is offering a 20% discount on packaged treatment series through February.
