PioCreat Brings Industry-Focused 3D Printers to Formnext for Dental Laboratories and More

Chinese 3D printing specialist PioCreat will showcase a range of industry-tailored machines at Formnext, underscoring a strategy that favors purpose-built systems over generic “all-purpose” printers. The company will exhibit at Booth 12.1 – C02 and is inviting demonstrations, distributor talks and pre-arranged meetings via its website.

PioCreat’s dental lineup emphasizes speed, compactness and clinic-ready workflows. The PioNext Mini is a suitcase-style, chairside resin printer built for direct production of crowns, bridges, inlays and veneers.

It uses a dual-vat system—an ACF Fast Vat for 10-minute crowns and an HDF Clear Vat for high-transparency, polishing-free parts—allowing quick material swaps.

An upgraded LCD screen improves long-term stability and clarity. For finer detail, the DJ89 PLUS offers 8K resolution and smooth surface finishes suited to dental labs and practices.

In healthcare, the MS01 SE targets orthotics and prosthetics production. The FFF machine runs a 400°C nozzle, reaches a 650 mm build height, and accepts biocompatible materials for one-piece scoliosis braces, prosthetic sockets and foot orthoses.

PioCreat says single-piece prints cut circumferential cracking and that Z-axis bonding withstands 10,000 bending cycles. Typical production times are four to seven hours per orthosis.

The IPX2 is optimized for custom insoles: a specialized TPU extruder and dual-station layout let users print a pair of adult insoles in about an hour.

For industrial users, the G5Ultra Pellet 3D Printer supports thermoplastic pellets for higher throughput and material economy. The system heats its nozzle to 420°C and its bed to 120°C, and its segmented extruder handles composites such as PA-CF, PLA, PETG-GF and ABS—suited to labs, design studios and educational settings.

PioCreat also targets makers and professionals with the HALOT-X1 Combo, a 16K resin printer delivered fully calibrated and leveling-free.

Its top-down motion aims for consistent layers, while 92 independent light zones limit overexposure and extend screen life. A quick-release build plate lets users remove models with a simple twist, reducing the risk of damage.

Across dental, medical and industrial segments, PioCreat is positioning specialized hardware as a route to faster, more reliable additive manufacture. Visitors to Formnext can see live demos at Booth 12.1 – C02 or arrange meetings through the company’s site.
