Built on the VideaAI platform, which has been trained on over one billion dental images, Voice Notes extends clinical intelligence from visual diagnosis to conversational documentation, supporting more connected dental workflows.

Voice Notes captures relevant clinical information during patient appointments, organising it by complaint, findings, assessment, and treatment plan. It offers:
• Smart ambient mode, which records multi-speaker dialogue between the provider and patient
• Quick dictation mode for free-form provider speech
• Custom templates that adapt to each provider’s preferred note style by speciality, provider, or location
• Practice management system (PMS) integration, enabling review and upload either immediately after appointments or in batches at the end of the day
