The legal dispute centers on the “Live Now” feature of Angelalign’s iOrtho software. Align Technology Inc alleges that this feature violates its patents. In response, Angelalign denies the infringement and asserts that the feature does not breach any valid patents. The court ruling is limited to specific European nations, and does not affect Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Ireland.
