Oral Health Marketing Firm Personify Group Marks First Year With Global Growth and Industry Impact

Personify Group, Inc., a brand growth partner serving the oral health and dental industries, is celebrating the first anniversary of its founding after a year of rapid expansion, high-profile client work, and growing industry recognition.

Founded in January 2025 by dental marketing veterans Michael Ventriello and Mark Ross, Personify Group was created to address a common challenge in the market: companies investing heavily in marketing without seeing clear business results. The firm positions itself as an integrated partner, combining branding, marketing, public relations, and thought leadership with a focus on measurable growth.

During its first year, Personify Group established a highly engaged advisory board made up of respected clinicians, industry leaders, and subject-matter experts. The board supports the agency’s emphasis on strategic discipline, clinical credibility, and senior-level insight.

One of the company’s most significant milestones was being appointed North American B2B Agency of Record for vVARDIS, a Swiss-based global leader in innovative oral health solutions. Through this partnership, Personify Group developed and launched the global “Curodontist™ Movement,” an initiative designed to shift dentists and hygienists away from “watch and wait” caries management and toward immediate, non-invasive, biomimetic treatment of early-stage decay.

“The past year validated why we built Personify Group,” said Ross, co-founder and chief branding officer. “Dental companies don’t need more noise. They need authentic stories, credibility, and campaigns that connect innovation with real-world adoption.”

In 2025, the agency also served as a marketing partner for the inaugural Dental KOL Boot Camp and Dental Innovation Day. Ventriello and Ross participated as speakers at the two-day event, which brought together clinicians, founders, investors, and emerging dental technology companies.

Personify Group further expanded its presence by sponsoring and supporting the Dental VIP (Venture, Innovation & Partnering) Summit. The agency will continue its involvement for a second consecutive year when the event returns to Chicago in February 2026.

“Our work goes far beyond traditional agency services,” said Ventriello, co-founder and chief communications officer. “From KOL development and innovation events to category creation and brand repositioning, we help clients stand out in credible, strategic ways.”

The firm also played a key role in rebranding Israeli startup Dentlytec as LuminX™, developing a new name, visual identity, and market positioning as the company awaits FDA clearance for its LuminX Probe™, a subgingival diagnostic device for gum disease.

In addition, Personify Group joined the Dental Trade Alliance, strengthening its ties with manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers across the dental sector.

Looking ahead to 2026, the company plans to expand its offerings with continued rollout of PitchIt DDS™, Virtual Dental Team™, and ShowFlow™. These solutions are designed to support investor pitch development, virtual focus groups, and trade show return-on-investment optimization.

“Our focus for year two is disciplined, organic growth and deeper partnerships,” Ross said. “We’re building services that help dental innovators scale faster and turn visibility into revenue.”
