Dental Clinic Expands in North Bergen, Adding New 2,400-Sq.-Ft. Location

Dentistry for Children, a pediatric dental provider, is expanding its footprint in New Jersey with a new 2,411-square-foot location in North Bergen.

The clinic will occupy space in the newly announced two-story, 7,200-square-foot medical office building at 7500 Bergenline Ave., joining existing sites in Cliffside Park, Howell, Jackson, Jersey City, Lakewood, Lodi, Neptune, and Toms River.

The expansion will offer pediatric dental and orthodontic care, combining specialized expertise with advanced technology to provide safe, effective treatment.

NAI James E. Hanson facilitated the deal, with vice presidents Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning representing the building’s owner, KSPF Holdings LLC. Ryan Edwards of Menlo Group represented Dentistry for Children.

Lizzack highlighted the appeal of community-centered medical spaces. “As health care increasingly shifts to a community-based model, downtown medical office buildings like 7500 Bergenline Avenue remain highly attractive to prospective tenants,” he said.

“We see strong demand from health care providers seeking modern, accessible space in established neighborhoods and are pleased to welcome Dentistry for Children to this vibrant medical corridor.”
