Prism Capital Fills Dunellen Retail Space with New 3,800-Sq-Ft Dental Services Clinic

Prism Capital Partners has leased the final retail space in its mixed-use development in Dunellen to MB Dental Care, a full-service dental clinic, for 3,800 square feet.

The clinic, located at 100 South Washington Avenue, is adjacent to Blue Foundry Bank and Kessler Rehabilitation Center. It complements the residential development at The Nell, which includes 252 luxury apartments built by Prism and 130 townhomes developed by K. Hovnanian Cos.

Stephen Battista of Jeffery Realty signed the lease agreement on behalf of Prism.

“From the outset, The Nell was designed to expand Dunellen’s vibrant downtown. Our retail tenants meet the everyday needs of the community,” said Robert Fourniadis, Senior Vice President of Prism’s Residential Business.

The project, located across from the New Jersey Transit Dunellen Station, involves the renovation of a former industrial building. Designed by Spiezle Architects, the 9,300-square-foot retail building features a modern interpretation of vintage transportation-themed elements, including gables, contrasting colors, and signage.

MB Dental is led by Dr. Ahmed Beheiry of Union’s iSmiles Dental Clinic.
