Free Dental, Vision, and Medical Clinic Coming to Paris High School This Weekend

PARIS, Ill. (WAND) — Remote Area Medical (RAM®) will host a free dental, vision, and medical clinic at Paris High School on June 28 and 29. The school is located at 14040 E 1200th Road, Paris.

This event aims to provide essential health services to people who might otherwise go without care. It is organized in partnership with Longview Capital Corporation and the Longview Foundation.

The clinic will offer a wide range of services, including dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, and X-rays. Vision care includes eye exams, eye health checks, prescriptions, and eyeglasses made on-site. Medical services cover general health exams and women’s health.

RAM’s mission is to remove barriers such as cost and travel distance that often prevent people from getting care.

No insurance or ID is required to attend. The clinic is open to anyone in need.

Parking will open by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 27, and remain available throughout the event. Once parked, patients will receive information on clinic procedures and next steps.

Clinic doors open at 6 a.m., and services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The clinic will close once it reaches capacity.

Sunday’s schedule will be shorter than Saturday’s, so patients are encouraged to arrive early.

Due to limited time, patients should be prepared to choose between dental or vision care. General medical exams will be available to all patients.
