WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Veterans in the area will have the opportunity to receive free dental care this Friday, as Loveland Dental Group hosts its annual event honoring those who served in the military.
Now in its fourth year, the initiative aims to show appreciation for veterans by providing comprehensive dental services at no cost. The event will take place on Friday, Nov. 7, at both Loveland Dental Group’s Cornelius and Winston-Salem offices.
During the event, participating veterans can schedule two-hour appointments that include a range of dental services. These services will cover professional cleanings, X-rays, and other treatments as needed. The goal is to offer veterans access to care that might otherwise be difficult to schedule or afford.
“This event is our way of giving back to the men and women who have sacrificed so much for our country,” said a spokesperson for Loveland Dental Group. “We want veterans to know that their service is valued, and that we are here to support their health and well-being.”
Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Nov. 7. Veterans who wish to participate are asked to bring either their Veteran ID or Military ID to confirm eligibility.
The Winston-Salem office is located at 4622 Country Club Drive, Suite 280, and the Cornelius office will also be open for the event. Staff at both locations are prepared to provide personalized care and ensure that each veteran receives attention in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
Events like this have grown in popularity in recent years, as dental care providers recognize the importance of supporting veteran communities. Dental health is often overlooked, but regular check-ups and timely treatments are essential for overall health. Loveland Dental Group’s initiative highlights the need for accessible care while demonstrating gratitude to those who have served.
Veterans interested in participating are encouraged to schedule their appointments in advance, as slots are limited. By providing free dental services, Loveland Dental Group continues a tradition of community engagement and care for local veterans.
This annual event reflects a broader commitment by healthcare providers to recognize and support military service members. It also underscores the importance of community-based initiatives that remove barriers to essential healthcare services. For veterans in Winston-Salem and Cornelius, Nov. 7 presents a valuable opportunity to prioritize oral health without the burden of cost.
