Bowe Dental has marked a year of substantial growth and investment, enhancing dental care for patients in Fermoy and the broader Cork region. The clinic’s recent upgrades focus on improving patient experience, expanding treatment options, and providing state-of-the-art technology for faster, more accurate care.
Over the past twelve months, Bowe Dental has transformed its facilities with modern equipment, including advanced digital scanning systems and a new CT scanner. These upgrades allow for precise diagnostics and enable complex procedures to be completed efficiently on-site. Patients now benefit from integrated treatment planning, reducing the need for multiple visits and streamlining their care.
The clinic has also expanded its treatment portfolio, bringing advanced procedures closer to the local community. Notably, Bowe Dental now offers the All-on-4 Dental Implants procedure, commonly known as “Teeth in a Day.” This treatment provides a durable and stable solution for patients who have lost all their natural teeth, offering a viable alternative to removable dentures. In addition to dental implants, the clinic now provides a wider range of cosmetic and restorative treatments, reinforcing its position as a comprehensive dental care provider.
Staff growth has accompanied the facility enhancements. In the past year, five new dentists and five dental nurses joined the clinic, complementing the experienced team from the long-established Matt O’Callaghan Dental Practice. This expanded team ensures both continuity of care for long-term patients and the integration of new expertise, enabling the clinic to deliver modern treatments while maintaining a personalized approach.
With the expansion, Bowe Dental now offers over 300 appointment slots per week, operating Monday through Saturday to improve access for working families and individuals across Fermoy and the wider Cork area. The clinic has also introduced a new online booking system and patient portal, allowing patients to schedule appointments, access information, and manage their treatment plans digitally.
The clinic is currently welcoming both private and public patients, highlighting its commitment to inclusive, community-focused dental care. The team also expressed gratitude to local businesses, including Fermoy Kitchens, T&K Alarms, Denis O’Mahony Fermoy, and M&S Painters and Decorations, for supporting the refurbishment and development of the clinic.
Looking ahead, Bowe Dental aims to continue delivering high-quality, accessible dental care to the Fermoy community.
With upgraded technology, expanded services, and a larger clinical team, the clinic is well-positioned to meet growing demand and provide advanced dental solutions for years to come.
