ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 2, 2026 — Standard Dental Labs Inc. (SDL), a Florida-based dental laboratory platform, has acquired BRLIT Dental Laboratory, Inc., a family-owned, full-service dental lab in Sarasota, Florida.
Founded in 1977 by Emil Brlit, Sr. and Frank Pechar, BRLIT has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and long-term client relationships. Now in its third generation, the laboratory offers crown and bridge work, implant restorations, full-contour zirconia and e.max restorations, dentures, partials, and appliance repairs. All restorations are fabricated in the U.S., emphasizing both quality and domestic production.

The acquisition process focused on maintaining continuity for BRLIT’s staff and customers. SDL emphasized that the laboratory’s operating structure, culture, and client relationships would remain intact while benefiting from SDL’s broader resources, compliance infrastructure, and growth platform.
