Dental Corporation Public Company Limited, or Group D, announced plans to boost its dental implant sales by 20% this year, focusing on the aging population and expanding affordable options with Warantec implants from South Korea. The company expects overall revenue growth of at least 15% in 2569.
Mr. Pornsak Tantapakul, CEO of Group D, said dental implant services are a key growth driver, currently generating about 160 million baht annually, or roughly 24% of the company’s total revenue.
“This year, we are targeting older patients, a growing segment facing challenges with chewing and overall quality of life due to tooth loss,” Mr. Pornsak said.
Patients can choose implants based on specialist recommendations. Group D currently imports premium European brands, including SIC from Switzerland and PI Branemark from Sweden. To offer more options, the company has introduced Warantec implants from South Korea, which meet international standards and start at 27,000 baht per implant, including a crown.
Dental implants function like natural teeth and require minor surgery for placement. With proper care, they can last 10-20 years or longer. Benefits include improved oral health, preserved gum tissue, maintained tooth structure, better chewing ability, and enhanced self-esteem.
