Dandy Acquires Neem to Boost Dental Clinic Technology and Operations

Dandy, a leading dental technology company, has acquired Neem, a dental practice management software firm focused on streamlining operations and driving growth for dental clinics.

Neem brings Dandy expertise in product development, user experience, and engineering, informed by a deep understanding of dental practice operations.

The integration aims to accelerate the digital transformation of restorative dentistry, combining Dandy’s end-to-end lab and software ecosystem with Neem’s capabilities in emerging technologies and UX design.

Employees from Neem will contribute to new initiatives, including Dandy’s Vision intraoral scanner, designed to give dentists more control over lab processes.

“We founded Neem to help dental practices simplify, save, and grow,” said Neem CEO and cofounder John Hammond. “In Dandy, we’ve found a partner whose mission perfectly aligns with ours.”

Neem CTO and cofounder Tarun Eldho Alias added, “Joining Dandy allows us to advance AI, machine learning, and advanced manufacturing, enhancing dental prosthetics delivery.”

Dandy’s Head of Engineering Cong Yu noted, “John, Tarun, and their team will be pivotal in driving Dandy’s future innovations. Their technical expertise and customer focus will push digital dentistry forward.”

The acquisition strengthens Dandy’s position as a leader in advanced dental labs, helping practices deliver superior care with greater efficiency and growth potential.
