Remote Area Medical (RAM) will hold a free dental clinic at Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries (KARM) on Dec. 12 at 8:00 a.m.
The clinic will take place at KARM’s facility, 418 N. Broadway, Knoxville, Tenn. Organizers say services are available at no cost to underserved community members.
“Since November 2021, Remote Area Medical has partnered with KARM, providing more than 4,500 patient encounters across health, vision, dental and denture clinics,” said Stephanie Pardue, KARM’s director of health services.
“RAM’s dedicated providers and volunteers have been invaluable to the health of our community.”
RAM is a nonprofit that operates pop-up clinics delivering free dental, vision and medical care to underserved communities. The group regularly stages community clinic events throughout East Tennessee.
