The Massachusetts Dental Society Foundation held a free, one-day dentist clinic at the DCU Center in Worcester on Saturday.
Doors opened at 6:30 a.m. for adults 18 and older seeking care.
Patients who are uninsured, underinsured or otherwise unable to access dental services were treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Organizers said no pre-registration, identification or proof of insurance was required.
Services offered included extractions, fillings, limited root canals on front teeth, X-rays, fluoride varnish and oral health education.
The clinic aimed to provide immediate relief and basic preventive care to those facing barriers to treatment.
