Herman leads two companies that are transforming oral healthcare through innovation, technology, and a virtual-first approach to care delivery. MouthWatch, now in its second decade of growth, is a recognized leader in teledentistry software and digital imaging devices. Herman’s newest venture, Dentistry. One, is a first-of-its-kind virtual dental care network connecting patients, providers, and payers to expand access and improve health outcomes.

The NJBIZ Executive Excellence Awards honor top executives who have made outstanding contributions to their organizations while demonstrating leadership, innovation, and impact within their industries. Herman’s selection reflects his commitment to bridging the gap between oral health and overall health while creating scalable solutions for patients, practitioners, and healthcare organizations.

“It’s truly an honor to be recognized among such an accomplished group of business leaders by NJBIZ,” said Herman. “This award validates the mission of the MouthWatch and Dentistry. One teams to reimagine how dental care is delivered, making it more accessible, integrated, and impactful for patients everywhere. I am grateful to NJBIZ and to the many colleagues, partners, and clients who share this vision.”
