DECA Dental Services Selects Pearl as Exclusive AI Partner Across Nine States

Pearl, a global provider of dental artificial intelligence solutions, has been selected as the exclusive AI partner of DECA Dental Group, expanding its technology across clinics in nine U.S. states.

DECA Dental Group, a clinician-led organization focused on delivering high-quality, technology-driven care, made the decision following a pilot program that showed measurable gains in case acceptance rates. According to the company, Pearl’s AI-generated visualizations of radiographs helped clinicians present findings more clearly to patients, leading to improved treatment acceptance and an early return on investment.

By transforming subtle clinical indicators into easy-to-understand visuals, Pearl’s platform aims to close the gap between diagnosis and delivered care. The system enables patients to better understand their conditions and recommended treatments, while supporting clinicians in communicating findings more effectively.

Through the rollout, DECA clinicians will access Pearl’s FDA-cleared radiologic AI directly within their existing practice management systems. Pearl says it is the only dental AI solution that automatically writes AI findings into practice management software, allowing real-time insights and streamlined documentation without requiring clinicians to switch platforms.

Dr. Matthew Doan, Vice President of Clinical Training and Development at DECA Dental Group, said the integration aligns with the organization’s clinician-first approach.

“As a clinician-led organization, our responsibility is to ensure our doctors have the best tools available for confident and consistent diagnosis,” Doan said. “Because Pearl is embedded in our practice management system, it fits seamlessly into existing workflows, making adoption easier and supporting clinical excellence without compromising autonomy.”

Pearl’s system integrates AI findings into the clinical record at the point of care, enabling immediate action, clearer documentation and more consistent standards across locations. The company says its always-on insights are designed to enhance efficiency while maintaining enterprise-wide visibility.

Ophir Tanz, Founder and CEO of Pearl, said dental service organizations are increasingly focused on how AI integrates into daily practice rather than whether it provides value.

“The question is no longer whether AI can help clinicians and patients,” Tanz said. “It’s how well AI fits into real-world clinical environments at scale. By embedding AI directly into the existing practice management system, DECA’s teams can make better decisions and trust AI as a seamless part of everyday care.”

The partnership reflects a shared view that AI can strengthen diagnostic confidence, protect providers and ensure consistent standards of care across multiple locations. With the full deployment of Pearl, DECA positions itself at the forefront of technology-enabled dental services, integrating AI into routine clinical workflows to support both patient outcomes and operational performance.
