Introducing Dental Wings DWOS Chairside CAD Software

MONTREAL, CANADA – February 20, 2017

Dental Wings is pleased to announce it will be demonstrating the new Dental Wings DWOS Chairside CAD software at the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting, Feb 23-25, and the International Dental Show in Cologne, Germany, March 21-25.

Designed to provide dentists with a fast and intuitive prosthetic CAD design solution, Dental Wings DWOS Chairside CAD is a stand-alone open design software that can be combined with an intraoral scanner or impression scanner and milling machine to create a complete in-office solution.

Based on a decade of CAD systems development for dental laboratories, Dental Wings DWOS Chairside CAD software utilizes our latest innovative technology within an optimized user interface and special design tools to enable dentists to quickly design highly-aesthetic restorations such as inlays, onlays, full contour crowns, and veneers to be milled in the dental office.

Available in April 2017.

“This addition to the DWOS platform will bring a fresh take on digital workflow for full contour restorations. It will deliver an intuitive yet powerful solution to handle cases in-office through seamless integration with the other tenants of our digital ecosystem.”
– Robin Provost, Founder and EVP Software Development, Dental Wings

Key Features of Dental Wings DWOS Chairside CAD

Streamlined, powerful guided workflows, including:

  • Scan editor: Review and edit scans from the Dental Wings Intraoral Scanner, Dental Wings iSeries impression scanner and other open intraoral scanning devices.
