Line Man Wongnai announced Thursday the acquisition of Thai startup JERA Cloud, a subsidiary of Lamunpun IT Co. Ltd. Leveraging eight years of experience in cloud and point-of-sale (POS) system services for the beauty and wellness industry, JERA Cloud has become a market leader, serving over 1,700 locations nationwide, including the 20-location Aura Bangkok Clinic and the 19-location Teeth Talk dental clinic.
This acquisition marks Line Man Wongnai’s first expansion of its merchant digital solutions beyond the F&B sector into high-growth sectors such as beauty and wellness, further expanding the company’s strategic footprint. Thailand, as a regional hub, is expected to grow into a global hub for the beauty and wellness industry.
