The Yankee Dental Congress 2026 will open Thursday and run through Saturday at Boston’s Thomas Michael Menino Convention & Exhibition Center, formerly known as the BCEC. Hosted by the Massachusetts Dental Society in cooperation with dental associations across New England, the event celebrates its 51st year as the region’s largest dental meeting.
The three-day conference will bring together dental professionals from across the Northeast for education, networking, and industry showcases. Organizers say the program reflects the rapid evolution of dental care, with a strong focus on new technologies, clinical skills, and practice management.
Attendees will have access to a broad range of continuing education courses, including hands-on sessions that allow participants to practice techniques using the latest equipment. Lectures and panel discussions will be led by leading industry experts and are designed to promote critical thinking and practical application in daily practice.
A major highlight this year is the first-ever Dental AI Innovation Showcase. Taking place Thursday and Friday, January 29–30, the interactive pavilion will feature a mock dental clinic demonstrating how artificial intelligence can be used throughout the dental office. The showcase will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days and located at Booth #2430 on the exhibit floor.
The exhibit hall will host hundreds of companies presenting new products, technologies, and services shaping the future of dental care. Dentistry Today will be among the exhibitors, appearing at Booth #515. On Friday afternoon, dental social media influencers Dr. ArNelle Wright and registered dental hygienist Corina Layton will also appear on the show floor.
The congress will conclude Friday evening with live entertainment. Grammy-nominated artist Mike Posner and the Always ABBA tribute band will headline a concert beginning at 7 p.m., offering attendees a social highlight alongside the educational program.
