Specialist commercial property advisers Christie & Co have announced the sale of York House Dental Practice in West Byfleet, Surrey.
York House Dental Practice is a four-clinic private dental practice located in the modern and vibrant village of West Byfleet, Surrey.
The practice has been owned by Rashi and Sundeep Soin since 2015 and was put on the market so that he can focus on his clinical work.
Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker of Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyer Kaveet Patel.
Sundeep Soin, former owner of York House Dental Practice, said: “I acquired the practice in 2015, recognising it had huge potential for growth and development.
Since then, the practice has grown rapidly – we have modernised the facilities, introduced a fully computerised system, installed air conditioning and carried out extensive refurbishments to improve the environment and patient experience.
Due to increasing commitments to other businesses, I have decided to sell the practice. It is a thriving, well-founded business and I hope it will continue to grow and successfully serve the local community.”

The sale price of York House Dental Clinic was undisclosed.
