Several DSO acquisitions have taken place in Ohio since the start of 2026.
Here are three DSOs expanding in Ohio:
1. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired Great Smiles Family Dentistry, Laskey Dental Care and Blank Dental Group.
2. Troy, Mich.-based Smile Partners USA expanded into Ohio, its sixth market, in January.
3. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added a multi-site orthodontic practice in Ohio, bringing its network to 26 locations.
